I am Zsolt Hodosi, the founder and CEO of Step Inside Consulting Llc.

With a diverse career spanning teaching, hospitality, insurance, and the IT sector in multinational corporations, I have consistently found myself drawn to the transformative power of people development. Throughout my journey, I have led over 10,000 hours of individual and group development sessions for nearly 2,000 people.
Initially, I conducted training in professional fields, but I increasingly turned towards leadership development. Over the years, I have become familiar with numerous methods and tools, and I have realized that success (whatever it means for the individual) can only be achieved by changing the mindset. If we are not willing to overwrite our limiting patterns, techniques, and forced behaviors will only work temporarily.
In the past 10 years, I embarked on a remarkable journey of personal transformation, and this has immediately appeared in all areas of my life. Constraints attributed to external factors disappeared and conflicts and seemingly hopeless situations were resolved. To my immense gratification, my clients also reported similar results.
My mission is to develop effective mindset development methods that lead to an easy, happy, and successful career and private life. I continuously think, develop, and test, primarily on myself, to provide the most effective solutions to others. You will only hear from me about things I have already tried and that have helped!
